About FOPL

Friends of Penketh Library is a friendly independent group, established in 2017. Our aim is to promote and support our local Library in Penketh, Warrington, by organising events and activities for all ages. We hold craft sessions for young people, invite guest authors to discuss their books, have talks about local history, and hold celebrations to mark events through the year.
