The consultation is open until 5pm on Friday 9 May. See the proposals on the Warrington Borough Council website and have your say!

About FOPL
Friends of Penketh Library (FOPL) is a friendly independent group, established in 2017. Our aim is to promote and support our local LiveWire Library in Penketh, Warrington, by organising events and activities for all ages. We hold craft sessions for young people, invite guest authors to discuss their books, have talks about local history, and hold celebrations to mark events through the year.
